"I love it. The cables are aluminum and they're rubber coated, which makes every pull seem smooth and quiet. The J hooks are sturdy and well-built with a rubbery coating that help absorb the sound of my re-racking of my barbells. Also, the rubber coat keeps the scratching of my equipment down to a minimum. The removable rubber padded spotter arms are hefty and I definitely feel safe while lifting heavy because if I get gassed, I know that these arms will catch what I can't. All in all I would say that I'm very very happy with this.
