Garage Gym Life, we understand how exciting it is to receive your order, and we take care to prepare and ship every purchase as quickly and safely as possible.

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. During sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever tracking is available. Please allow 24–72 hours for the shipping carrier to update your tracking status after your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, and other circumstances outside the control of Garage Gym Life. Delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.

Garage Gym Life is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
