Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Garage Gym Life, and we understand that sometimes an item may not work out as expected.

If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received. All original tags and packaging should remain attached, and proof of purchase may be required.

Before sending any item back, please contact us at garagegymlifellc@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly with your order details and photos of the issue so we can review the situation and provide the appropriate solution.

Certain items, including personalized products, gift cards, final-sale items, and products marked as non-returnable, may not qualify for returns.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
