Rather than simply make the recording of the entire live stream available, we’ve broken the replay into three separate Videos on Demand (VOD). The reason for that is a lot of lifters tell us that they want time stamps so they can navigate directly to the portion of the live stream they want to see without having to sit through all of the flights, all of the delays as the platform is broken down from squat to bench, etc. Imagine if you were a lifter in Flight C and you have to watch all of the previous flights before you get to where you take the platform? We’ve removed this concern and now you can watch just Flight A, just Flight B or just Flight C. You can also watch two flights or the entire replay if you like. It’s completely up to you.
