New Zealand CrossFit Garage Gym
New Zealand based, CFL-2 and PN1 coach, Heather Breen, takes us on a tour of her 75sq meter/807sq ft detached garage gym where she trains herself and her in person clients as well as plays host to drop in athletes who find themselves in her area. Heather also teaches remote clients so this space serves as a classroom for her nutrition classes on Intuitive Eating as well as holistic living in general. Watch the tour.
