Why Should We Live Stream Strength Sports? It’s simple really. Because home gym owners like watching them.I founded Garage Gym Life Media to promote home gym culture and having lived this lifestyle since 2001, I know that many home gym owners enjoy working out with strength sports in the background, especially during quarantine when we are constantly searching for relevant entertainment. I’ve trained alongside powerlifting video clips, the CrossFit Games and Strongman competitions even though I don’t do CrossFit or Strongman. I just cared that it was about lifting! After all there’s only so many times that you can watch Pumping Iron!
That’s why I want to partner with brands across the fitness industry to provide live stream coverage of strength sports.
About Us
Our first live stream was the Arnold Armlifting Championships during the 2019 Arnold Sports Festival. Since then, Garage Gym Life Media has streamed powerlifting and strongman events including the United States Strongman (USS) Central Georgia’s Strongest Man, Strongman Corp. Music City’s Strongest Man, the USS Georgia Log Press and Deadlift, USPA American Open/Military Nationals, the USPA Drug Tested Winter Classic, the Strongman Corp. Mammoth Strength IV , the USPA Max Muscle Powerlifting Classic and the USPA Drug Tested Georgia Open.
Anyone can turn on a camera and walk away, but our broadcast crew consists of athletes and judges who are familiar with the sports we cover so we can not only show the action but also keep our viewers engaged and educate those who might be watching the sport for the first time.
How You Can Help
Brands
If you are a brand that is involved with strength sports, we invite you to sponsor one of our live streams to help us cover the cost of providing this service and expand the number of events we’re able to cover during the year. We would love to be able to cover events nationwide and with your help we know we can do it.
In exchange for your support, we will display your logo onscreen during the portion of the event you sponsor. You can also choose to sponsor the entire stream and have your logo appear onscreen throughout the broadcast. If you provide us a product video, we’ll also run that video during breaks in the action to give you maximum exposure. Again, you can only watch reruns for so long and some of those solo training sessions get tough without any motivation to keep you going.

Our exclusive live streams are hosted on YouTube Live which gives our viewers the best watching experience, is the easiest to promote and has the most potential for repeat viewing.
