Contest Rules for the Garage Gym Life Members March Giveaway
- You must be a member of the Garage Gym Life YouTube channel.
- To enter, members must comment on this video what their favorite style of deadlift is (sumo, conventional, Jefferson, Romanian Deadlift, Straight Leg Deadlift, etc.)
- Contest open to U.S. and non-U.S. residents
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Entries must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines. All entries that do not comply will be disqualified.
- One entry per member.
- All entries will be verified to confirm that they are current members of the Garage Gym Life YouTube channel.
- There is no cost to enter.
- Winners will be announced in a video on Friday, February 24, 2023.

About The Barbell Jack
The Barbell Jack is a mini deadlift jack that is ultra portable and made of “durable injection-molded nylon and GF that deliver strength and stability”. I’ve tested the Barbell Jack out in multiple deadlift sessions and recently took it up to five hundred and fifty pounds on one side, just to see if I could break it! That’s fifty pounds over the listed tolerance! Happy to report that The Barbell Jack stood up under the pressure without a problem and I was very impressed!
