Make Band Pegs for Your Power Rack

This is another DIY project from Stoney. Bands can be a game changer for your home gym workouts but without band pegs, you’re stuck attaching the bands to whatever dumbbells you have lying around. Follow this two and a half minute video and you’ll be off to the races.
